1️⃣ Inhale softly through the nose for 4 counts.
2️⃣ Hold gently for 4 counts (no strain).
3️⃣ Exhale slowly for 6 counts.
4️⃣ Rest for 2 counts. Repeat this cycle.

Body-based supports
🚿 Splash cool or room-temperature water on face and palms.
🧴 Apply a small amount of pure aloe vera gel on lower abdomen, palms or soles if your skin tolerates it.
🍵 Sip a calming drink (e.g. mild herbal tea like rose / brahmi / vetiver, if suitable for you).
🎵 Play gentle instrumental music (flute, veena, soft piano) at low volume.
